All orders domestic and international are factory direct through Playback Technologies, Inc located in Burbank, CA. To assist our clients through all pre-sale questions, please call or email us for additional product information you may need. We do not accept orders through the web site.
Raptor HD decks generally ship 7 to 10 days after receipt of order. We accept all major credit cards and will provide bank information to you for wire transfers. Orders will ship only after processing and receipt of full payment. Sales tax will be charged for all sales within the state of California.
