Raptor 50VA
Playback Technologies continues to develop its line of affordable and feature-rich digital disk recorders for film production video assist and other cost-sensitive applications. With more than 400 units now in use worldwide, the Raptor model 50VA has become the standard for commercial video assist operators.
The Raptor 50VA is available in NTSC or PAL and records up to 8 hours of video in user adjustable motion JPEG compression. Because recordings are made to the hard drive in a proprietary format, the Raptor 50VA does not allow any desktop file sharing like the Raptor HDx.
